Directions
For small aids: Unscrew J-hook from aid, slide silicone loop over hook and slide PVC ring to tighten. Replace J-hook and repeat on other aid. Slide the boys of the eyeglasses/sunglasses through the second loop. When measuring, measure from the part of the bow that reaches behind one ear, around the base of the head and up to the same spot on the other bow.Sizing for a Perfect Fit! For large aids or BTE CI processors.

Safe 'n Sound Duo two thumbs up!
I have been trying to figure out the best comfortable solution for my sons hearing aids and glasses combo. He was wearing the strap for his glasses, but they never sat proplerly in combination with the aids. They kept making his glasses sit crooked because of the placement of the glasses over the hearing aids. This is the ONLY product that I have come across that has seemed to solve this problem. Now my son can wear both his glasses and hearing aids, without an additional glasses strap, as well they hold his glasses securely in place and perfectly in sinc with the BTE hearing aids. I am so grateful for this product. Thank you for coming up with something that makes everyone's life that much easier.

I live in the UK and hunted high and low for something to keep my hearing aid from falling out because I wear glasses and my BTE aids do a constant battle with my glasses for position behind my ears. Eventually I found your product on the internet and I was amazed that the SafeNsound Duo appears to be the only thing available - and I had to get it from USA.
