This product fits snug against the head and adjusts to fit any wearer! Perfect for infants, toddlers, active adults, the physically or mentally challenged, and the elderly. Nursing Home and Hospital staff love this product! The SafeNSound Strapz™ are available in a variety of styles and colors. This product comes in the strap color of your choice with one adjustment bead, clips onto the wearer's clothing and is available in sizes Infant (approx 10" length) and Child/Adult (approx 12" length). Directions
For small aids: Unscrew J-hook from aid, slide silicone loop over hook and slide PVC ring to tighten. Replace J-hook and repeat on other aid. For eyeglasses/sunglasses: measure from the part of the bow that reaches behind one ear, around the base of the head and up to the same spot on the other bow. For large aids or BTE CI processors: Slide silicone loop over the top or bottom of the aid and slide to the center of the aid to the point that seems to hold the aid in place best. If you find that the adjuster slide prevents you from stretching the fitting loop to fit your aid, simply slide to remove it, which should make the fitting loop stretch to accommodate even the largest aids and cochlear implant processors. Be sure to save this adjusting slider for future use with small hearing aids.

I am loving this clipz and it makes keeping up with the hearing aids so easy. Plus the added mickey mouse symbol and the added clip to attached to his shirt are selling points to encourage him to keep the hearing aids in his ear. Thanks!
just what we needed!
Having looked around and used other options from elsewhere to keep my sons CI's from being lost , I am pleased to say that I have found the answer in using these straps, they really do their job
Durable product
My son, Blaize was wearing this kind of hearing aid straps and it lasted for almost two years. It is really very durable compared to those that I've ordered from other companies. I will order again another one like this to have extra one.
Hearing Aid clips
Very nice, like the alligator clip, but it is a little small.
Better than Gears for Ears
Adam has been wearing the Clipz now for about a week. While they occasionally fall out, it is far less frequent than our previous strap. With Gears for Ears, the mesh covering over the hearing aid made it bulky over the ear and more prone to slipping off the ear. I also feel the mesh coating muted the hearing aid. When I squeeze the hearing aid and molding now, I get a lot more feedback which tells me it is much more sensitive to sounds. The O-ring fastener for Gears for Ears was flimsy and would constantly get loose. The bead on the Clipz product is much more stable and has not shown as signs of loosening. I think its a great improvement from our previous product and I am happy with the purchase.
Great product
The SafeNSound Clipz are great! They are working very well to keep our 20 month old daughter's hearing aids in place.
Best Strap Ever!
I have tried EVERY strap out there. This is the only strap that holds the aides securly with out slipping. Other straps can be bulky or they dont grip the back of the shirt well. I am a repeat customer- I have stopped trying others because these work so well. And the great colors are a plus!
