This product fits snug against the head and adjusts to fit any wearer! Perfect for infants, toddlers, active adults, the physically or mentally challenged, and the elderly. Nursing Home and Hospital staff love this product! The SafeNSound Strapz™ are available in a variety of styles and colors. This product comes in the strap color of your choice with one adjustment bead, clips onto the wearer's clothing and is available in sizes Infant (approx 10" length) and Child/Adult (approx 12" length). Directions
For small aids: Unscrew J-hook from aid, slide silicone loop over hook and slide PVC ring to tighten. Replace J-hook and repeat on other aid. For eyeglasses/sunglasses: measure from the part of the bow that reaches behind one ear, around the base of the head and up to the same spot on the other bow. For large aids or BTE CI processors: Slide silicone loop over the top or bottom of the aid and slide to the center of the aid to the point that seems to hold the aid in place best. If you find that the adjuster slide prevents you from stretching the fitting loop to fit your aid, simply slide to remove it, which should make the fitting loop stretch to accommodate even the largest aids and cochlear implant processors. Be sure to save this adjusting slider for future use with small hearing aids.

awesome product!
My son wears bilateral cochlear implants, & we have used this product to tether them to his clothing for 5 years. Never have to worry about one getting lost on the playground or the ball field! Perfect!
It does work!
We purchased this product to help keep our 4 yr old daughters Cochlear implants on with her glasses. It does its job after a minor adjustment. We had to remove the ring around the rubber ring to fit her glasses as well as the cochlear. The cochlear implant is larger than a normal hearing aid. Her glasses are with the wire frame that goes around the ear. It still fits the cochlear tightly even when the glasses are off which has solved our problem. :) I would definitely recommend this product to other families trying to fit cochlear implants and glasses on a petite child.

These have saved my daughter's (age 5) hearing aids on muliple occasions when she has taken one or more of her aids out without letting an adult know.
Look no further, this is the best!
Let me keep this short. I have tried many, from big name companies as well. They don't compare in quality with these. The clip looks small but it's very strong. The rubber band that attaches to the speech processor is durable. I wonder why they bother having a 30 day full refund policy, I don't think anyone is going return these, ever
Great Product
I have a busy 7 year old with bi-lateral hearing loss. He plays flag football, basketball, baseball and soccer. His implants stays on his head with all the running, I love it!
